Hands up who thought they’d get an 8 this week? Be honest! Everyone then. And how did that work out for us? The PMFC Tipping Competition suffered its’ worst collective week with three players top-scoring on a decidedly average 5 whilst the rest wallowed in the misery of 4’s and 3’s. Alas, it is not all doom and gloom…Most weeks a puny 4 would almost certainly consign you to a defeat. This week 6 players (Simmo, Spidey, Taff, Jamie, Morty and Kalle) all got away with draws. Damo and The Duke, however, even managed to scrape wins over Jimmy and AB respectively, despite only predicting 4 correct results. The Duke now holds second spot on the ladder.
So to the scorers of 5 and their victims. Danny ‘The Judge’ Johncock remains in top-spot and increases his percentage to a handsome 150 after crushing Dave Oz. Boyd keeps his 100% start intact against a luckless Wilbur who sits pointless in 15th despite having as many correct tips as Simmo in 5th (6pts). STD brushed aside The Chocolate Man to complete the top four.
