In order to keep training, we need to take some measures to minimise the risk to the Port Malmö family and wider community. These reflect the current Folkhälsomyndigheten and World Health Organisation advice about how to keep training safely.

No contact: Training will be strictly non-contact, with a focus on hand passing and kicking drills that allow us to keep a good distance from one another. When we greet each other and encourage each other, we will not touch by shaking hands, giving high fives, or similar. Start practicing your bowing and elbow-bumps!

Hygiene: We don’t have hand washing facilities at the field, so please wash your hands before and after training and be mindful of touching your face after handling the ball. We will clean the balls after every training session.

Stay home: If you feel any kind of symptoms of being sick, please do not join our training sessions. The committee will continuously monitor the development and review these decisions as necessary as new information comes to light.

We will continue to inform you as members as soon as there are any changes to how we operate. On an individual basis we recommend you all to be cautious and to be compassionate to other members of society and their individual situation and follow the recommendations from the government. If you don’t feel comfortable to train with the club during this time, it’s understood and respected. All training’s are on a voluntary basis.
